[What is Love?]

Pretty good for a top 50 flash

I've been delaying watching this because recently flash that break the top 50 have been mostly under par. This one was pretty good though, and even though the plotline was mostly predictable there were a few good twists. The graphics were actually pretty bad, which made me surprised that this even got to the top 50. The sync between the music and the animation though was commendable! That must have taken some planning. There were a lot of little details, which I enjoy. All in all, it wasn't so bad. Thanks for restoring my faith in the top 50 anyways.

[Space Duck]

So this is why I don't like the top 50.

It was just random animations. Sure your graphics were great and blow mine away, but that doesn't make this all that great of a Flash. No story line, obviously, and you hardly colored anything... I would go as far to say that if you weren't such a well known animator, this wouldn't have touched the top 50. The music was great though.

Ways to improve: Dare I even say how an animator far superior to me should improve? I don't think you're even going to read this anyways. But right about now I would kill for an animation with a good plotline, character development and subtle humor. I've watched some of your other (there I go again, saying your... you, as the animator, are never going to read this, so the only you I could theoretically be talking to is someone who just happens to read this review.. ah well) animations and they have a little more then this, but the general scheme is so surreal there's nothing fulfilling about it past the graphics.

[ANIMATION INVASION]

But when I saw the actual movie, I was kind of disappointed. First off, I realize that I could never touch your skill in animation. That being said, it still seemed to need a lot of work. Yeah, you doing all that with a webcam without having any actual animations to react to must have been pretty tough. But at times it seemed rather sloppily done, it borrowed quite a bit from Animator vs. Animation (although you may not have seen that movie if you started before it) and it - I know that, if you ever read this, you will hate me for saying this but - it seemed too short. I was just getting into it, and I thought that you were going to have a little duel on the computer with the animation, but nope, that was the end.

Oh well. It deserves a high score. The top 50 of all time? It's not really up for me to decide. And poor little me can't touch your 4.36 or something anyways ^_^

Awesome.

I loved it. The randomness was spot on and it seemed like the whole movie actually formed something more coherent and cool. The only thing that bothered me was that it seemed like it was trying to be funny, but it never actually was. It didn't detract much, since humor wasn't a central theme anyways. Great job.

[The IIDMDTT Part 01]

A unique concept.

This was a fun movie to watch. One suggestion might be like if you had alternate choices to make and that would effect the outcome of the movie, and since it's already a little interactive it wouldn't make a huge difference. But still, it was pretty cool.

Great animation. At first it didn't seen too good, but it got so much better. I enjoyed this movie a lot, and it'll be sad if this is your last one. I loved the style in your art.

Okay, but I hated the ending.

Seriously, did you have to end it with that awful singing? No offense to whoever sang it, but it just didn't go with anything at all. It was doing so great up until that point. It almost redeemed itself with the guy playing his lawnmower, but... ugh :P

Looking pretty good.

The only thing I would suggest for you is to improve your lip-syncing skills. Other than that, your graphics look great. Story seems good. Voice acting - mainly of the evil guys - needs a little work. I would complain about how it was so short, except that I noticed that it was already 4mb and there's not a lot you can do about that.

thanks for the review. yes im rather new to lipsynch, i would have tried other mouth possitions, but time was of the essence. :)

Looking great.

Good animation here. My only suggestion is to have subtitles, and have it run a little bit longer - maybe when you finish part 2 you can compile both into 1 big flash.

Probably the best thing I've seen today.

I loved the style, it worked so perfectly with the animation. You must tell me how you got it to work with the computer. I throughly enjoyed this animation, good job, and I predict its going to win some sort of award.
