So I guess I won the NGADM!
I'm still finding this a little hard to process because there was a lot of ridiculous talent in this year's contest. Please, do yourself a favor and check out steampianist, kor-rune, headphoamz, etherealwinds, JacobCadmus, and SoundChris (each linked with my favorite song of theirs, except for steampianist who made the choice impossible). They are all incredible musicians.
There were a bunch of other amazing musicians too. Don't even get me started.
One final thank you to the judges of the NGADM for running the contest without a single hitch. It's been an incredible learning experience, and it's all due to their hard work.
(And finally, a shout out to TheDoor6, who was literally my only fan for a good deal of the NGADM!)

Long term plans.
I wanted to write down some of my longer plans on here so that you guys could hold me to them if I slack :D
0. Continue spamming NG
1. Record some guitar into my songs
I actually sorta know guitar. I just need to get some decent recording equipment. I also eventually want to move from acoustic to electric.
2. Learn how to sing
This on the other hand I have no clue how to do. If you have any tips, let me know.
3. Score a game
I originally got into music composition because I was a game developer and wanted to write music for my games. I think that I can finally close this loop. Plus I've gradually been wanting to write an album, so I could kill two birds with one stone.

Finally, I want to listen to some new music to broaden my tastes! Shoot me a comment with your favorite jams.

*Blushes* Aw, thanks for the shout-out, Johnfn! :D I'm really excited to hear your guitar recordings and singing. As for my favorite jams: outside NG it's probably "Digidrop" by Rameses B and Cash Cash's remix of "Safe and Sound"; inside it's probably either Detious and Lockyn's "Gradient" or Garlagan's "Ablixa." Are there any particular genres you were planning on checking out? I'm pretty much into them all! :D

Dude you have good taste, I love garlagan too. Digidrop is a lot of fun. I really want to listen to a lot of esoteric music. See how far away I can branch from edm. :)
