That was the main problem in my opinion: this movie had a serious need for subtitles or something of the sort, because all I could hear from the 'interviews' was something about being a loser and getting fat on funyuns. I think it had a good concept, but my lack of comprehension totally ruined it for me.

"Impressive graphics, just one problem"

The graphics were obviously very nice, everyone seems to love using that trick to make 2d objects come at you to seem 3D. The position of the 'camera' as below the horse wasn't that great of an idea in my opinion, because I kept on wishing it was higher. The horse also looked wonderfully rendered, and the minimap was well done as well. The sound of the horses clopping got really repetitive after a while, though. This seems to me to be a little underrated since everyone on NG seems to grade on graphics only (>_>) and this had better graphics then a 3.96, at least in my opinion.

The 'one problem' that I mentioned earlier was that I had no idea what to do. I figured out after I closed out and read your comments more carefully, but there should be an 'instruction' section in the actual game someplace.

Me and my friend were watching your tutorial before it came out of judgement. We took a guess at what the score was going to be, I guessed 4.0 and he guessed 4.1. We both think that this was horribly underrated, possibly as a result from the lack of a fully working preloader, as it is an excellent tutorial all around. It covers the material well and it's even a little funny. If this doesn't get any more recognition I will be very upset.

"Ending pulled it together"

I liked it. At first it just seemed to drag on, but the ending was pretty clever and imaginitive since at first you seemed to set out that black was evil and white was good, but then doubled back on those thoughts. Pretty good overall, and the graphics had a nice funky style.

All in all this flash was very well done. I could tell just from the song that something was going to happen... although it was a little depressing when it did. I think that you portrayed the emotions of the kid and of the parents very well, and that's where this movie really shines.

It was somewhat enjoyable. It definitely shows promise. I think for the time trial mode instead of eggs just falling randomly which doesn't have much strategy, certain eggs should give powerup bonuses like an upgraded speed, and there should be some eggs that give more points then other eggs.

In the regular game, you shouldn't be able to fall off a cliff; instead your progress should be impeded some other way before you start falling.

Still, not a bad job. With improvements you could have a pretty good platformer here.

The random ending could have been a little more random. On the other hand, the credits with the "some people who thought something was hilarious" made me laugh out loud. So you still achieved your purpose.

Plus, you're graphics weren't that bad. They just weren't animated.

I would have given you a 7, but instead I'ma give you an 8 since the differential between your score and reviews is so huge. Your animation was pretty good. I think you should have finished it off with a "choose the winner" type thingy, but other then that it deserves much higher then 1.85. I say improve your drawing abilities, and improve the battle scene with the axe and sword, and maybe give the shapes faces so you can see their emotions, and you could make something good.

I think this deserves higher then a 2.0. It was the most satisfying low scoring movie I've ever seen. The graphics were pretty good quality and the sync between the music and the movie was great. If you ever do some more flash synced like this, but to a longer piece of music (with preferably more randomness) I'd really like to see it.

It was, in the simplest way to put it, boring. It needs more interaction and more ways to keep me interested, since this was too plain and simple for me. Additionally, the music was totally useless and unrelated.
